Roles and Responsibilities

  • The Planning and Management Department provides all central support services to NABO's other divisions, including budget and finance, human resources, information resource management, facilities management, and library services. The Department is divided into the following three Divisions.

General Affairs Division

    Security work

    Official compilation of official seal and official seal register ledger

    Support on document classification and distribution as well as transfer of information

    Issuance of entrance pass and vehicle identification sign

    Matters concerning the public officials' Workplace Council at the National Assembly Budget Office

    Matters concerning appointment and public service of public officials

  • 7

    Matters concerning reward and discipline

  • 8

    Matters concerning pension plan and health insurance

  • 9

    Collection, retention and utilization of archives of the National Assembly Budget Office

  • 10

    Transfer of archives to the National Assembly Archives

  • 11

    Utilization and sharing the burden of preserving archives in cooperation with the National Assembly Archives

    Matters concerning demand for publication of archives of the National Assembly Budget Office

    Management, procurement and inspection of goods

    Budget execution and settlement of accounts

    Matters not falling under the respective jurisdiction of other Departments and Divisions

Policy Coordination Division

    Overall control and support on the analysis of budget bills and settlement of accounts, program evaluation, cost estimation, tax analysis and economic analysis, etc.
